aromatherapy, massage, reflexology & workplace wellbeing
a safe, nurturing space in which you are supported to relax, release and find your flow
I am fascinated by the connection between our physical, mental and emotional experience, and after an in depth consultation I tailor treatments to your individual needs.
With over 16 years’ experience nurturing wellbeing in my clients through massage, aromatherapy and reflexology, I take a pragmatic and grounded approach to holistic health.
I take great care in creating a safe, nurturing space in which my clients are supported to relax, release and find their flow. Reflexology, massage and aromatherapy can help to improve a sense of wellbeing, relieve tension, aid relaxation and sleep.
People may start with a specific issue they want support with, and go on to seeing me for years to maintain general wellbeing, for the ups and downs of life, through stresses, strains, births and deaths.
I originally trained at the Institute of Traditional Herbal Medicine & Aromatherapy (following graduation I became a part of the ITHMA teaching team) and the London School of Reflexology. I continue to enrich my practice by undertaking a variety of postgraduate training courses with renowned teachers and schools such as Sally Earlam, Gerry Pyves (NO HANDS® Massage) and Jing Advanced Massage Training.
I am also qualified in Reflexology for Supporting the Conception Journey and Advanced Maternity Reflexology as well as Pregnancy Massage and Aromatherapy for Pregnancy. I love supporting clients through their journey into parenthood and often see and nurture clients from preconception through to birth and into parenthood. I have supported some clients through more than one pregnancy and the wondrous chaos that having a new small person can bring. Leaving the house with a new baby in tow can be tricky and I offer new parents home visits during the first 6 months so that they can be treated in the comfort of their own home.
I am a professional member of the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists (IFPA) and of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR).
I live in Hackney with my husband and our daughter.
